"I am over 26 year veteran in the Embroidery Industry.The first ten years of my career were in the retail side of the industry, operating everything from Screen Printing, Embroidery, Engraving and Pad Printing. The last 16 years have been dedicated to Embroidery. After leaving retail I worked for SWF East (now ColDesi) for 10 years, first as Lead Technician, and 3 years as Service Manager. The last 7 years, I have ran my own business. (servicing annually over 600 customers with the addition of two technicians). We focus primarily on machine repair, but also Digitizing and Consulting services, Machine appraisals, New business set ups, Training,  Machine Installations, etc..  I have been teaching embroidery machine maintainance and operation for 14 years. I regularly speak at ISS and NNEP seminars. Because any issue that a customer has, I have been there, so with me, my customers find understanding and answers.
